Rose Teagarten is an alias for an aspiring artist and costume designer named Madison. She has loved to draw and do various mediums of art since she could hold the materials to do so. When she was eight or nine years old she discovered the art that is the world of costume and costume design and developed a great passion for it. It was her midway point between her love of art and her love of history because she found that she could design historical costumes as well as wacky conceptual costumes.

She loves to spend time delving into and analyzing existing characters to design for as well as creating and designing for her own original characters which are often left shrouded in a bit of mystery. She started learning to sew at around the age of nine so that she could more effectively bring to life what she was designing.

While many of her designs are fabric based, many are also made of less traditional materials such as wire and plastic bags. And even those that are made of fabric are certainly not ordinary.
